Nintendo Ds Lite Enamel Blue (Japan Version)

First off, I recieved the product a day ahead of the scheduled arrival date so I was quite pleased. Upon first inspection, I noticed that the packaging came in a priority mail box with just the DS box placed inside, there was not insulation inside to keep the box from shifting around. Although the DS inside was perfectly wrapped to the usual standards, I would have liked to see the packaging inside the box that contained the DS box to be filled with some kind of packaging to prevent it from shifting around.I know this is not something that the shipper can guarantee, but the package containing the DS was left outside my door, no doorbell, no knock. Fortunately it was not stolen. There was a sheet to sign but it was left on top of the package. I wish it were delivered safely to my door with someone to knock on it to make sure it was recieved instead of being left on my doorstep.Second, I will continue onto the product:The product description clearly states Japan Version, however, the product I recieved was for Hong Kong and Macau users only. Instead of the Enamel Blue, I recieved the Ice Blue version of the DS. I feel rather decieved by the titling. In addition, the AC adapter I recieved was not the original Nintendo DS AC Adapter that it should come with but some product from China. Although, I am glad to notice that the AC Adapter is for Japan/ US users and the DS does connect to an original DS Adapter appropriately. The product does function like a normal DS and there doesn't seem to be any defects. It seems to function and run properly.I wish in the future, you would include in the description these differences.

I bought this for my 12 yr old granddaughter. Within a month it would hardly work. The game stalls out and goes on freeze all the time. We've tried several things and nothing helps. Never again through the mail.

Got here early and well packaged, though the packaging did seem like it could have been done a little better. But overall with everything plus the price, I'm an extremely happy customer and buyer. And especially since this is a used product, it's in extremely well condition.Just take note to understand that by japanese version it means that the whole loading screen and everything is in Japanese. But if you have an english version of a game, it will be in english, so no worries!

Came is good condition but no charger

I recived the ds without a charger (as it was listed). So I charged it with my own that I had previously bought. When it powered up it was in Japanese as excpected. I looked up directions of how to set it up (in Japanese) because I could not translate the instructions. When I finished that I could go to the main menu settings and easily change the language to English and now everything is perfect. Love the color. 10/10 would buy again

My daughter was so excited when it came... she been wanting this particular color for so long... so glad we found it.

The description said used a couple scratches and whatever...but in perfect working condition. The product I received turns off in the middle off games and resets the system. I'm less than pleased. I want my money back.
