Good entry level security system
Night owl is a good entry level security system. Good picture quality, good customer support. The app isn't as smooth needs some fine tuning.

video lag so bad - return
the video lag so bad, sometime it couple minutes. I replace my old Night Owl DVR because - NIGHT OWL WOULD NOT UPDATE THE APP SO IT IS NOT COMPATABLE WITH MY NEW PHONE.After intall the lag noticeable15-30 second from the DVR monitor to the computer right next to it. For the computer in the garage which is about 20 ft from the DVR monitor it lag about 1-2 min some time more.This DVR sucks - return and put the old DVR back and everything is fine NO LAG what so ever.please update your app
