I really like this ab workout machine and it was very easy to put together. Since I'm going to weight loss journey, I don't see the definition yet but I feel stronger in my abs and in my core. I was able to put it in the basement with my treadmill and it's a great addition to my workout routine to do at home. Definitely recommend this if you're looking to get better core strength.

Initially a little hard to assemble but I works great. My whole family uses it. Can't wait to see the results

I got this thinking it would be better for my back than crunches to work my stomach. It is so hard to do. I am not in great shape. I was not able to do even one rep. This is much harder to do than crunches.The machine is all metal tubing. The knees are well padded with dense foam. I really like that this machine folds flat. It stores very easily.

That's all I could do in the beginning because it isolates the lower abs so well. Slowly I built up, and it keeps challenging me. It is the hardest thing to put together, and the instructions almost made me give it a 4 star, but once put together, it performs as promised. Bravo!

Almost impossible to use it even on the easy level. Was easy to set up - took me maybe 15 mins at most. I just can’t use it at all. And I’m in decent shape.
