I ordered these so I could transport samples between testing location and lab location. They work well for that. I imagine their intended use would be a good way to use them as well. The samples were feline ear swabs for subsequent staining and possible ID of any microorganisms. The rack is a nice touch to keep them all together. Can't say anything bad about these tubes and I recommend them.

I am a big user of things like these tubes for craft storage and these are working great for that! I love that they have an ombre tone theme to the lids. They seal well and I have a tube stand that I use to hold them while I fill them since the bottoms are not flat to sit up on their own. I definitely recommend using them for crafts storage because dedicated craft storage can be pricey! 24.99 when I ordered them for 50 solid tubes is a fair price I think given that similar size storage for crafts can add up to more than that because it's not sold in large quantities as often, and isn't as thick of a plastic.

I needed something bigger with a wider mouth for my students to use for various labs and projects we do. Naturally, this is not what these were intended for, but for our purposes, they are perfect. They are sturdy, and the rack is very convenient for storage when not in use. The price is right, too.
