Was a great product for the first 10 months and then it started to fall to pieces. The hose broke and the pressure started to drop. After lots of emails to Karcher they gave me a replacement which yet again 11 months later the pressure dropped. Karcher are refusing to replace the item as it’s not under warranty even though it’s under a year old. Wouldn’t be so annoyed but at a cost of almost £1,000 it doesn’t even last a year. Stay clear

Great product for12 months and then it broke! Luckily I had purchased insurance through Amazon and they reimbursed me so I can buy a new one.Only used 4 times and Karcher didn’t want to know as it broke a couple of days after their 12 month warranty was up!
