I bought this sofa as a “for the time being” solution after moving into a new house. I didn’t have the time (or budget) to go out and buy a brand-new sofa from a shop, and I was also really worried about getting something bulky through the door in a small house. This seemed like a quick fix, but honestly… I’m over the moon with it!The sofa is amazing—it looks and feels way more expensive than it is. It’s sturdy, clean, and has this elegant look that completely surprised me. I’m actually quite snobby when it comes to furniture, but this has absolutely blown my mind. The colour is beautiful, and the fabric feels expensive! I know this sounds like a 'too good to be true' review but this is too good for me not to review! hahaOne thing I noticed is that the pictures from other reviews don’t do it justice. I think some were taken right after unboxing, when the sofa hasn’t fully expanded yet. At first, it might look a bit wrinkly or loose, but give it time—the material tightens up as it settles, and it ends up looking sleek and well-fitted.I’ve had so many compliments from friends and family—people can’t believe how good it looks, especially considering the price. Honestly, if you're on a budget or need a sofa quickly but still want something stylish and high quality, please buy this one. My mum doesn't have the biggest bank account so i bought this for her for the time being....but from the sounds of it... its for keeps! :) very happy customer

my house is a pretty old place so my doorways are quite small, i was skeptical about this sofa but it is WONDERFUL so so comfy

WORST SOFA EVER!! I purchased this sofa because is was compressed which allowed me to get it up the very narrow staircase.I left it for 5 days & it still hadn’t opened up to it’s correct size & shape & you could still feel the springs.I contacted Amazon customer service many times & sent photos to show the faulty sofa.They agreed that the sofa is faulty & they will send a courier to pick it up & this is the only option to get a refund.I explained over & over that the only way of getting the sofa down the stairs will be to break it into pieces but they said that they can’t accept this & the courier will remove it.The couriers then came to pick up sofa & said it’s impossible to take it as it won’t fit through the narrow staircase,they signed a letter as proof that it was faulty & even rang their boss to explain what I had been saying repeatedly to Amazon.I had to then ring amazon back but instead of helping me they said they will send another courier to pick up the sofa.The whole situation is causing me so much stress & the numerous amazon customer service staff don’t listen & are extremely unhelpful.I’m now stuck with a faulty sofa with no options.Just be aware that if you are in the situation I’m in Amazon arent going to help you!I’m taking this matter further with my credit card company but just want to make you all aware of the situation and the extremely poor customer service experience I’m having with Amazon.

Color and size is great. I wish it was all memory foam but it has springs. I had to steam the fabric to get all of the wrinkles out. Cover is still quite baggy even after 3 days. Wish it was a little tighter. Overall it works in the conservatory.

It’s a comfortable sofa however my cat has ruined the side within 1 week so it’s not scratch resistant as stated.

The media could not be loaded. Saved me the nightmare of assembling furnitures. I had to wait 48 hrs to fully inflate this sofa. I slept and sat on it. Its firm and sturdy. Its jot pure foam and has springs on it

Perfect! Love this product. Comfy. No assembly popped right out of packaging fit for use straight away. Highly recommended.

Absolutely perfect for my little flat! Surprisingly bigger than I expected and very comfortable! I’ve had it a month and it hasn’t lost shape, either!
