The best multi mineral for fatigue i have taken
The only supplement i have ever returned to in all my years of intermittent fatigue. Long term ( 1 month) use does cause a rash on my arm but its worth it for the ability to have good focus and energy throughout the day. I take 1 capsule with every meal.

A waste of 50 quid!
Did absolutely nothing. This did not help my mood nor help with my low energy levels. Waste of money for me.
