Good product but accidentally ordered the wrong shade. The texture is all good has very minimal coverage and gives sooo much glow because of which ur cannot be used alone.

So good product 👌

It does give that glowy look but I guess I have choose wrong shade it's a bit darker on my skin

I don't know about Charlotte Tilbury hollywood filter or Elf Halo glow but this product is definitely a bomb product. It just provides the right amount of glow with a natural finish. Don't expect any coverage from this one. It is only a illuminator. Just go for it...
