THIS IS NOT A SENSOR UNIT
It was advertised as "add to your system" when purchasing a SimpliSafe pack

Door or window alarm system risers.
This items takes into consideration the differences between doors and windows as a result of things like window molding and trim. The cost seems high for something that simply raises the level of one of two sensors so that both match. Nevertheless, they are simple and do not require a lot of care and maintenance.

Product seems to work but I cannot figure out how to contact the seller as the 2 pack only came with one riser. Can you send me the other one please ?

It would not work for me because of my new windows and the way there made. I needed the larger piece up higher and gave up
