Desk job worker’s dream
Use this daily. It’s just as picture. Sturdy and gets the job done!My chiropractor suggested I get one as I have terrible hip and back discomfort. It’s made a difference to take breaks and roll out my lower back!

Good roller, would recommend.
The small diameter makes it a bit more controllable than the normal rollers. Easier to roll my quads and easier to control the pressure or force of the roll. I also like the ridges, as they add an element to the muscle engagement.

Misrepresentation
Although it clearly shows a mesh bag to carry the roller in, there is no such thing in the box.I believe this product is misrepresented for that reason.
