Very protective

Good padding but adhesive could be stronger
Good padding on the plasters although the adhesive isn’t very good, especially for running. Suggest using plasters then taping foot with self adhesive bandage.

Terrible, the adhesive barely sticks after 5 minutes so can't keep it on long enough to actually do anything, better paying for the name brand stuff.
