Q: How can I get this card programmed? Also, what about the internal and external numbers and facility code info?

The facility code is in BRIGHT colors on the plastic bag these cards come in. To program it, log into your program. I use these as ADT cards. My ADT system walks me through, step by step. Whatever program you are using should do the same. If you can't figure it out, call the people that you purchased your program through.
