This upgraded neck scratcher is a game changer after a long day at work! Spending hours on the computer often leaves my neck stiff and sore, but using the stretcher for just a few minutes brings instant relief. It's comfortable easy to use and really helps decompress my neck and shoulders.

I ordered this to help with neck pain. I had a cervical fusion last year and my neck gets really stiff and sore. This device provides a stretch like low level traction that helps provide some relief to neck pain. There are two different ways to use it. One direction provides a mild stretch while the other direction provides a little more stretch. I prefer the stronger stretch but it’s nice to have options. I like it

I got this product for my father in law who is 70. He’s been dealing with some neck and back issues so we thought we’d give it a go. He was basically satisfied with the product. The only recommendations he had was to make it longer horizontally and make it a little softer. Those were the two things. Other than that, he had no complaints and uses it for a few hours a day.

Foam is softer and more comfortable than I expected while still being strong enough to keep the intended shape while supporting the head/neck while laying down. I have been having some neck-related pain lately and going through PT so I wanted to try something like this to help stretch my neck in a different way.
