Very Effective
I bought this for my son since he has recently started working out more. He really likes how it makes him feel during his workout and he doesn't feel drained after. He drinks it 15 minutes before he begins his workout.

Powerhouse Pre-workout
The powerhouse of pre-workouts. If I don't take these I notice a distinct difference in pumps and stamina during my 5:00 am workouts. And, I LOVE the time released caffeine!Great stuff!

A strong pre-workout, but gives me the jitters…
I am someone who works out regularly and I take various supplements to assist with my overall fitness goals.A pre-workout is something that I have taken religiously since I first started working out and I cannot get through a workout without taking one.I have tried dozens and dozens of brands over the years but continue to search for one that may be superior. So when I came across this, I liked it’s contents as well as what I read about it so I decided to go ahead and give it a try.I placed an order for it and it arrivesd very quickly.I have just finished Taking the container and overall I am quite pleased with it.It is definitely a stronger pre-workout.If you’re not used to taking them, I would suggest taking less of a dose and see how it works for you.I am used to taking them and I still found it to be a bit strong. The flavor was pretty good overall. I’ve tasted a lot worse and some better so this is probably middle of the road.It wasn’t horrible by any means and pretty easy to take.It left a little bit of residue in my glass, but not too much. The energy kicked in quickly, probably within 20 minutes or so, and it lasted quite a while. It actually lasted a bit longer than my workout was which I’m usually not too thrilled about, but I do take it in the morning so it did not affect my sleep. But I do have a feeling if you took yours at night then it would keep you up for a bit.The only reason I am taking one star off is because it gave me the jitters pretty bad.I’m used to taking them so usually that does not happen but in this case it did.I hate that feeling and it always makes me feel a bit nervous so I was cautious taking it.I wish that didn’t occur. But overall, I think it is a very good product and I also think it is priced fairly. It’s right in line with others of the same potency so the price is definitely justifiable. So I definitely recommend giving it a try, but again, maybe take less of a serving at first to gauge your reaction to it.Hopefully you will get the same results that I did.I hope my review helps you to make a more well informed decision.

Tastes ok, made my stomach feel weird.
This new version of Nitraflex contains a high stim formula that is supposed to give you a high enery boost. Unfortunately for me, it did not give me that type of energy and it actually upset my stomach every time I took it. I'm not sure what it is but it wasn't effective for me. The flavor isn't all that great either, just tastes like fruit punch in my opinion. I will not continue to use this.

It works.
I haven't used a pre workout in many MANY years, but I happen to have much experience with them and at one point was even addicted pre workout supplements. For that reason, I eventuality stopped using them and cutback on caffeine as well. The reason I chose to try this is bc I'm usually tired and fatigued due to a life long illness I was diagnosed with a couple years back. Anyways within about 15-30min of taking this supplement, the effects started kicking in and I started feeling sensations I hadn't felt in 10yrs. I didn't notice any huge energy spike, but very quickly my lower legs, feet, hands, and face started tingling. At first I wasn't sure if I was having an allergic reaction since it wouldn't be outside the realm of possibility for me. After that brief concern, I realized it was the byproduct of a specific ingredient I was quite familiar with in the past during my frequent pre-workout use. I recalled the tingling sensation was one of the effects of an amino acid called beta alanine that's commonly used in supplements like this one. Sure enough.. I checked the label and found the ingredient listed near the top of the label. I know this ingredient is very popular for muscle/exercise performance. The fact that I experienced a reaction that I know to be caused by a specific ingredient popular in pre-workout supps confirms to me that the label is an accurate representation of what is in the product. While on the subject of ingredients, one thing I really appreciate is the fact that this product not only lists the ingredients it contains, but it breaks down how much of each ingredient is in a serving. It's not uncommon to see other products that use terms like "high energy performance matrix" without actually telling you what a high energy performance matrix is or contains. For this product any terms like this used are immediately followed by a complete breakdown of what they are as well as the dose of every ingredient. This allows the user to know exactly what they're putting in their body. As for taste, the berry lemonade flavor isn't particularly delicious, but it's also not terrible and even does seem to have an accurate berry lemonade flavor to it although it's very faint in my opinion. Typically flavor isn't always the best for any pre-workout drinks that are powder based so if flavor is a huge concern, this may or may not be what you're looking for and I'd recommend pre made bottled pre-workout products as I've always found them to be superior in flavor. Anyways.. I can confidently say that if you're looking for a good pre-workout product, this is a good option especially if you're concerned with knowing what you're putting in your body.
