I am trying to lose weight after my third baby delivery. My abdomen strength is so weak after pregnancy. Push-up and abdomen training are so difficult for me. This is Junk!
Do Not Buy This! I broke with my bare hands never even got it assembled gave me a blister and was made of the cheapest metal in the known universe. It broke faster than IKEA! Paint chipped off everywhere and I threw it away. JUNK!
