I purchased this to do home manicures. When I first received it I was so excited, it worked great! About 4 months into owning it, I took it out to do my nails one day and it had just quit working. It would turn on but wouldn’t actually work. It’s unfortunate because this was really a great product up until it wasn’t anymore.

The original one I ordered malfunctioned a few weeks after receiving it. The unlock and lock jammed on me. Customer service was on it, and sent me a replacement. So far, the replacement is working fine and no jamming. I love the green as well.

Easy to handle, lightweight.Careful with your speeds if you are a beginner. (Heat level)The F/R button is something to get used to for me, I had a manual drill prior to Melody Susie. (I’ve had my drill less than a month)

It broke after 5 uses. It is impossible to lock it. It is stocked. I bought this brand because it is supposed to be professional and last longer. But the quality is terrible! I am returning it. I so not recommend this product. Worst thing is that I bought all the bits for the same brand and it still broke.
