It’s a great complement.
This EMS belt really works. I love that it has multiple modes and intensity levels so I can adjust it depending on how I feel each day. It’s super easy to use, comfortable, and portable—I can take it anywhere. It’s perfect for complementing workouts without spending hours of training.

Work out while doing other things
The ab stimulator belt is easy to use and fits comfortably. It gives my abs a nice workout while I relax or do daily tasks. I can feel the muscles working, and it’s a great addition to my fitness routine. Definitely worth trying!

Not Only For Abs
There are so many settings, it is not exclusively for abs and "fat loss". For the money, this is a great TENS unit that I have used on my back. It has helped with back pain. The belt is long enough and comes with an extender to fit many sizes. I have also wrapped it around my legs for muscles soreness too.

DO NOT BUY!
Complete waste of money. It doesn't do anything and it breaks down in 2 days. The company will not send you a new one or refund your money. It's a scam!

oooooh heck yeah! i love that this belt does not require the gel, only water. I've been using it for a few days now and I can feel the workout happening. I will update my review once I see long ter results, but as of now, 5 stars on this thing all the way.

Good product
Arrived quick, well packaged. It has instructions on how to use it. I haven’t tried it yet and will update with the results. Can’t wait to try it out!Update: one of the pads keeps changing the intensity to the max on its own during workout

Convenient for Busy Moms
I was a little nervous to try this at first, but it’s not as intense as I expected. The pulses feel strange at first, but you get used to them quickly. At the lowest setting (1-2) it kinda feels like a tickle. As a mom of two, finding time for a workout is almost impossible, so having something like this to help engage my core is definitely helpful. Too soon to say if it will make a noticeable difference, but it’s comfortable to wear, easy to adjust, and a great addition to my routine. Worth a try if you’re someone with a really busy schedule or just plain curious.
