I've been taking these for a while and I do notice a small, but positive change in my gut. Which confuses me more because I don't know if this is a legitimate Chinese brand that got rebranded for the western market or if it's a functional but ultimately cheap product rebranded at a higher price. It works for me, so that's a 5/5. Where it loses points is everywhere else.For starters, no information. How often should I take these for best results? How many should I take a day? How much is safe?Then it's the packaging. Why blue bottles? It's cute, but really feels like I'm paying a premium for what is ultimately a gimmick. The contents could be just as easily be put into an easy to swallow pill. Take 2 after a meal and call it a day. Right now, this is just a bunch of plastic waste that will end up at a landfill.Finally, the marketing. Seriously folks, hire a native English speaker to proofread your marketing slides. It really feels like everything was put through a translation application and then copied and pasted. This is a case of having a lot of words but nothing being said. This goes back to my first issue, no relevant/important info is being explained.TLDR, taste is fine, it works, but doubtful of the value and brand because of the lack of transparency and bad marketing.

Once I started this supplement, I noticed a difference almost immediately—I didnt feel bloated, my bowel movements are regular, and I have more energy. I take it once a day, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, and it has worked so well that I ordered more once my initial supply ran out. To test its effectiveness, I decided to take a break from it and went back to one capsule a day, which I used to take. Unfortunately, my gut felt bloated again on day one without this supplement. This experience highlighted how well it was working for me. I have officially added this supplement to my daily routine. I appreciate how it has improved my overall well-being, allowing me to feel lighter and more energetic throughout the day.If you’re considering trying this probiotic, I recommend closely monitoring how it affects your body.
