Great company, the customer service was amazing. Hands down a great product.
We recently upgraded our done after having a cheap starter done. The speed is amazingly fast. The battery life was good much better than our previous done. The picture quality though is superb. It's easy to set up and get going right out of the box. The turns responsiveness takes some time to get used to that would be my only complaint but once your used to it, its not to bad. I'd recommend this to anyone that's into flying a done. Not only is it a great done, but the customer suport is top of the line.

Powerful drone motors
Has powerful rotors, nice design, flies well, proprietor answers quickly, wished I'd waited for the latest version which does not require smartphone. Software could use refinement

Interaction with seller
The seller was very interactive with me, he initiated contact with me multiple times to see how i was doing and he answered my multible questions about the operation of my drone. The seller made sure i had his contact information if i had any problems with my drone. This is a very well built drone and i am very happy with my purchase.

11/07/2024 **Update** I changed my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars. After flying my drone, it encountered a problem in mid-flight. Long story short, I needed another drone. I called the seller to see what could be done and without hesitation, he expressed me another drone at no cost. Being that I used my drone for work, it's invaluable to me. This seller has gone above and beyond "Great Customer Service!!" I would definitely recommend this seller to anyone wanting to purchase a drone.This was the second similar drone that I've purchased. The first one, from a different seller, was returned. This one, works and connects as described in the ad except the sd card that came with the drone could not be formatted. I contacted the seller, and the seller promptly sent me a replacement sd card. I received the new sd card and it works as intended. The seller has been in contact with me through email/phone. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again, if for nothing else, the customer service was great.

Great drone! Great camera!
That’s a picture saved directly to my phone from the drone camera. It’s amazing how high and far this thing goes. Perfect for taking a view from surrounding areas or recording yourself doing some kind of activity! It’s a great find!
