I bought this being lazy to workout for abs. Looking for simple methods to workout my abs. So I gave it a try. It's easy to use. Used it for a week and everything seems fine. For this price is definitely deserves a chance, if you are having any second thoughts you can buy it .

Because the product is so small and lightweight it is really simple to store away. It’s safe to say I’m really happy with the product and will continue to use it.I love this product! It works really well .

I'm not sure that I see much difference with this if I'm honest although it does feel like I've done a light workout with this after. Not all my pads work and didn't when I got it but it was only two and I didn't really care for the price. It fits fine although the arms bands I normally end up tying a sock around to hold it close to my arm.

Helps my shoulders pain :))) i am not using regular for muscle building so can't say anything about it. But definitely extremely strong.
