Foster And Allen: A Postcard From Ireland [DVD]

I must admit that I am not a big fan of Foster and Allen musically.I bought this mainly for the views of Ireland and it doesn't disappoint in that respect.It would have been even better if the places had been named but it is primarily a music video and not a travelogue so it can be forgiven for that.The music is easy to listen to with some good performances of the songs.

I liked this album so much that I bought a second copy and sent it to my daughter for her birthday. There are stunning views from all over Ireland, accompanied by many of their old classics and some songs that I had not heard before. The tone is light and entertaining throughout, with some wildly hilarious moments. I would strongly recommend this for family Christmas entertainment.

I like the music very much and it is one that could be used also as background but the lovely visual tour is worth the watching alone and is a beautiful reminder of past holidays!

I spent a very relaxing evening watching this DVD, and it was very aptly titled. Their performance was what I would have expected from them, but it was lovely to see the different scenes of Ireland too.

As I have said before Foster and Allen are fantastic singers who sing out of this world good old Irish music. Their Video's are excellent quality with scenery that cannot be beaten.

Very good value for money. As always, Foster and Allen's singing is great and the Irish scenery is very beautiful. There are some funny songs and some sad songs, all are good.
