We have been using the R2 walking pad/treadmill for around a month now and love it. It is sturdy and is not noisy to use. Watching tv while walking has never been easier. I am getting more steps in than ever before. The remote and app work seamlessly. It is definitely worth the money. It is also easy to fold up and put away when we have company over.

Unfortunately, the power switch at the back suddenly stopped working. For a product in this price range, I expected higher-quality parts and better reliability.When I reached out for support, I was disappointed to find that the only option available was to return the item and repurchase it—there was no option for a replacement. On top of that, there was no return pickup offered. I had to pack the 90-pound treadmill myself, rent a truck, and drop it off at a UPS store.According to the tracking information, the return was successfully delivered over a month ago. However, I have yet to receive my refund. I’ve had to make multiple calls over the course of a week just to try and get this resolved, and I continue to be given the runaround.It’s incredibly frustrating to be put in this situation—especially when the issue stemmed from a defective product, through no fault of my own. To make matters worse, I’ve missed an entire month of workouts because of this. It’s truly disappointing to see a company show such a lack of accountability and care for its customers.

The WALKIINGPAD R2 is a great product so far. It's quiet and fits great in my office even when unfolded. Connecting to app was easy and gives more precision for speed than remote. Folds up to a very compact size to place alongside my desk when not using it, but also narrow enough that i can slide it left or right and stand next to it with no issues when not using it. Feel very durable, no issues with noise or comfort where the fold is.
