This is not the genuine product. Don't buy it. When I went to fossil store to change the dial pin they said this is not genuine and they were not even ready to give in writing that the product is not genuine and Amazon customer support team is not helping too as they are asking to give them in writing that the product is not genuine. Very worst experience.

I have had a worst expirence with Amazon this time..The watch I received was Damaged. It didn't show me the correct timings even after doing all the settings. So I had to go to the showroom and they said it's a damaged piece and moreover I did not receive the warranty card. Please, it is my humble request to buy Showroom piece instead of buying on Amazon. I got some serious trust issues with AmazonThe watch is very beautiful, it has got really classy look and the dail is big and quite heavy. I am very happy with the watch but the services provided was horrible. I suggest u to buy this piece in showrooms n not on Amazon.
