We are impressed! Now, if your fur ball dog children are like my Labradors, here are a few hints. Start gently with the hook down comb, hold your hand on the top of the area you are going to comb, then gently, with a pick type action, comb that area until there are no tangles. Continue that until all the hair on their body is without tangles. Then gently use the straight comb to go over the areas you have already de-tangled. They will love it! Oh, and don't forget the praise you give to them, and most importantly...that little treat!Have fun.. I do, every time we use it! :) :)

Overall, I'm quite happy with this de-shedding tool. Most of my dog's hair is more hairlike instead of actual fur - but around this time of year, he does tend to shed his lighter fur around the house (likely to grow a thicker coat for the winter). This brush did a great job of removing the lighter fur in spades. My dog also likes how the tool feels as it is being used - making the process much easier! A great tool.
