Was recommended this by nutritionists at Food for the Brain in London as a top product in 2016 over and above taking capsules or tablets. I just swig a teaspoon amount every morning, straight out of the bottle from the fridge, and the job done. I have tasted much better things in my life but it is after all only a small teaspoon not a mouthful. If I'm on holiday or away, I take the extra strong Biocare capsules with me as the oil needs to be kept in the fridge. Certainly you will not get kidney failure from thos product, but as someone intimated. The body needs the omega in very specific amounts, particularly if one doesn't eat enough oily fish in one's diet. Anything that is chilled always has far less taste, including tomatoes and strawberries!

This has a MUCH higher concentration of DHA and EPA than other similar products. It’s expensive, but it’s a superior product, and you only need a little for a high dose of fish oil. I’ve found it easy to take if you have a little chaser of water or juice afterwards to get rid of the lemony, oily taste

Great Oil with Good taste

I love Biocare products but I made a mistake with this one thinking it was a thicker version like the Biocare Lipocell. I am sure it is good quality but I have found it so hard to take. I mix it with things but it is so strong and once the smell gets on the lid and on your hands it is hard to get off even with soap. I would say only buy if you absolutely cannot take tablets. I am giving three stars which is higher as I am trying to be objective for those who have to have a liquid form, then perhaps it is okay.
