It took about a month to be effective. My hot flashes were relieved by 80%. When i stopped it or slacked off , they returned full spin...that is when i realized to keep my schedule and continue . Am ordering my third jar. For the price it very well worth it, for women who cannot take HRT, i recommend. I had lots of issue taking estrogen supplements, so i am sticking to that cream.

They use the American flag in a deceiving manor to sell a product from the Peoples Republic of China! Not what we're interested in purchasing or supporting. Who knows what's really in the jar? In the trash it goes along with the $10 we paid.
