Wheels do not work properly on my chair. The wheels do change direction but do not roll very well. OK if you want to use it on a hill as it will not roll down it. But if not for that (I am starting to assume lots of stuff I buy from Amazon sales are 2nds) Also I would think a small person would look lost in this chair as it seems quite large. I am 6 foot + and built like a brick **** house and loads room. Thus the wheels not turning much is not a problem for me. (it could be just me being unlucky and go a doggy wheel set) Edit Fell apart in under a year

EASILY BREAKS!!!
WEAK DESIGN AND STRUCTURE. AFTER 2 WEEKS OF USAGE (JUST SITTING ON IT AND SOMEWHAT LEANING BACK) IT COMPLETELY BROKE (ALSO SIDENOTE: IM NOT A BIG GUY, THIS IS JUST A TERRIBLE CHEAPLY MADE CHAIR). PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR! YOU WILL REGRET IT.
