Does the job
Actually better than some branded ones we have used in the past. Easy to fit, nice and secure, you can't go wrong

Pole is black
Good points. It is half the price of some other brands. The poles are made of a metal that appears to be robust, (some brands are too thin and dent too easily).Bad points.I wanted Bronze (and was sent 'Bronze') colour, instead the item is black with a badly painted line of copper paint on the fenial (see photo). There is no mechanism to set the length of the pole. The set comprises two poles, one narrower than the other so that it will slide inside. There is a nylon ferrule inside the wide pole that lets the inner pole slide, but there is no mechanism to clamp or lock-off the two poles at the desired length.I returned it straight away becasue the colour is not what I want. I cannot comment on ease of installation, ease of use, or durability.

Good value & sturdy
For the price paid I think this is good value. The finish is good, and while you can tell the finials are plastic if you look closely, it doesn’t detract from the fact it appears more expensive that it was.In terms of durability I would have to say it has exceeded expectations. The pole itself is a little lightweight, but still strong. Although I do not recommend this, I only used 50% of the fixing supplied (one per bracket as opposed to two) as not to weaken the questionable plaster above my window by drilling two holes close together. I’m happy to say after hanging relatively heavy velour blackout curtains (230cm) the whole setup has not budged. I think the weight limit for this product is 10kg and I would not be concerned about going right up to that.Installation is relatively straightforward for a competent DIYer but a second pair of hands helps a lot. I found I could have done with a stubby screwdriver to tighten the screws that grip the pole. As such they’re only thumb tight but it’s been sufficient.I’m going to buy another one of these for upstairs, so in terms of recommendation I think that speaks for itself.

The finials are plastic :(
Easy to put together, double rail and really the longest I could find for my wide window. My only gripe is the poles are metal and then plastic finials? From a distance they look fine, but plastic really cheapens the look of them.I would buy again as a good price and easy to put up but a tad disappointed by the material .

Not the colour I ordered
Not much to say other than it's a curtain rail that does the job, but it would of been nice to receive the correct colour, ordered the bronze and got black...

Ok rod
It’s a good value rod that was fairly easy to install. The only challenge is that the eyelet curtains we have get slightly stuck so it doesn’t pull open and close easily - it requires a little bit of tugging and holding the white (back) curtain to keep it in place. For the price it’s fine but think I’ll replace it in a year or two.

Good quality, looks lovely
I love this curtain pole I got to go in my bedroom. It's looks fab up and is strong and good quality. Would definitely recommend, it gives the room that little bit extra I think.

Good, sturdy poles, easy to fix
As long as you have a decent drill and screwdriver (electric function) this is pretty easy to put up. I managed it in less than an hour myself even though the cats decided the hell was going on and wanted to 'explore' the rawl plugs with their teeth. An hour later, both cats are fine, and curtains are up, and I'm having a cuppa.

Great Item
These are great, I bought two and easily installed them both in each bedroom. They look a lot more expensive than they are. Definitely recommend.

Good budget curtain rail
It's a nice looking budget curtain rail. It is at the cheaper end of the market so don't expect 5 star. Where the bar extends the curtains rings sometimes get caught when pulling the curtains on which is a bit frustrating and doesn't happen with my other curtain rails. However this went in the spare room so isn't used very often and happy with the purchase.

It works!
A little bit thin, but should be OK for light curtains

Sturdy, not much bronze.
Great curtain rail. Sturdy. Not much bronze unless you look really really hard. But for the price im happy.

not a good quality
after one year of purchase I bought poles for our curtains again. when using them they became black-ish and made the curtain dirty. not satisfied at all.

Finish not as anticipated
Upon receipt of the item, found the finish not to be what I class as bronze.the rails were far too dark and did not complement my furnishings. Must say the quality of the rail was excellent.Had no trouble returning and receiving a refund within 2/3 days.
