It was not the right item as expected
It wasn’t compatible for my hand held steamer

Really well made.
Product is really good. Will fit any of the mop heads that have the strip of Velcro on them (like the ecloth one, norwex, eco egg and so on so you don't have to have the actual mop if you don't want to) washes the floor well and cleans easily in the machine. It's hit and miss if you actually receive 10 pads though. Of 3 orders, I received a box of 10 followed by 2 singles. So worth baring in mind. Really good buy if you get sent the box of 10
