I’ve only had 2 strips but I might be obsessed. I had one before my workout yesterday and felt good during it. It’s a funny taste like a bland orange but it’s definitely not a bad taste. Stick it on the tongue and it dissolves in seconds. I like all the ingredients in this product. I need to take folic acid and this strip has more than the usual amount that comes in a multivitamin. Works well. Good value for money and my energy level was good during my workout so I’m happy

These are horribly flavoured and it’s like placing a bit of paper in your mouth which takes a while to dissolve. I tried to take it out but it was stuck to the roof of my mouth. Nearly made me sick.That said a friend took them off me and says they are good.

A great alternative to massive vitamin tablets that taste disgusting. I’ve had these before and would recommend them purely for ease. You can also put a few into your wallet, so if you forget to take one, they are always available. The only negative in my eyes, is that the flavour is not as good as the other brand I have previously tried. However, these are a lot less expensive.

They contain Vitamin B12, B6, Folic Acid, Chromium, and Lion's Mane Mushroom. These are packed with health benefits and have helped me with my energy levels and concentration.I love that the ingredients are listed clearly on the packaging which is convenient. Talking of convenience the strips come individually wrapped which is perfect for travelling or taking on the go. Having said that the tin is small enough to go with you but on the off chance you’re tight for space you can throw a few strips in your bag which I’ve done.I love taking these with me, they taste great and are easy to consume - no more tablets!I really have felt a benefit from taking these. These seem like a really novel idea, and a fun way to take vitamins.You simply place s strip on your tongue and wait for it to dissolve.However, I was disappointed in the way they actually worked. The taste was quite unpleasant, which meant is wasn't nice when waiting for them to dissolve. I also found that they often got stuck to the roof of my mouth which was a nasty feeling.
