We ordered these cartridges to replace the other brand we had been using, these seem to work much better for our printing needs! The price was also very competitive and they were easy to install. So far they seem to last a bit longer as well. Thank you.

I apologise; I'm assuming all avenues are of the highest quality; because the person i ordered product for issued me a black-n-white printed copy! that printed copy showed me all i needed about needing this product.

My second order of this product and as B4, very happy. Comes complete with understandable and complete instructions for installation. 100% compatible with my brother printer. The only comment I have is for the manufacturer regarding the directions on installing the drum unit. Specifically item number 4, should be - “Press arrow up” to reset drum counter. Highly recommend this product!

The drum units fits and works despite being somewhat difficult to install evenly compared to the original Brother drum. I've already used multiple toner only cartridge replacements from this same brand with very good print quality.
