This is for homeschool
I know that most kids are no longer being taught how to read thermometers anymore, or clocks, or counting money or all kinds of things, but since I homeschool, it is my perogative. I hang this just outside our back door, because the kids have to read it each morning and it gets cold enough here that I don't want them standing outside forever in the winter! They step outside, look at it, and find all the information they need quickly, so they can step back in. It has large numbers and is easy to read. It is bright, so they always know right where it is! Also, benefit, it has Fahrenheit and Celcius so they are being educated in both! I know many adults that could benefit from using this thermometer!! Even my old eyes can see the temp on it! Good product!

Super Product
Great product. It wasn't as large as I had imagined, but it is still very usable. I purchased this to use at a solar eclipse event I participated in. I wanted to post temperatures throughout the process and was happy to find that kids from ages 6 or 7 and up were able to visit our tent to take readings. The mercury - red alcohol is prominent and the numbers are very easy to read. I would highly recommend this for the classroom.

great value
The first thermometer arrived broken. I contacted amazon through email and a second one was promptly mailed to me in perfect condition. @robably won't within-stand rough handling by kids. Hang up on the wall or handle by adults only.

Great for Our homeschool
The media could not be loaded. Perfect for temperature reading -shows Celsius & Fahrenheit and easy to put up. Great buy, value & addition to our homeschool.

Doesn’t work
Terrible quality. Doesn’t work at all. It was sub zero temps all last week and the thermometer always reads at 40*. It never seems to change. I even tried placing it in the freezer.

Great for kids
We bought this for homeschool purposes. I love how big it is and the large numbering, it’s perfect for small children!

Good for learning, not good for accuracy.
Great labeling, easy to read in 20° increments. Lightweight, sticky tack holds it up on our board. It runs about 6 degrees high though.
