The cubes are perfectly sized…not too big, making it easy to work with. The material feels high quality and durable, so you don’t have to worry about them wearing out too quickly you can get 90 minutes of chew time on each of them.What I really like is that with the exercise time that feels right for you and consistency, you can comfortably build up your jaw strength by using it once a day. It doesn’t feel like a chore, and over time, you can definitely feel your jaw muscles getting a solid workout. I will truly recommend this product to anyone who wants to develop their jaw.

Incorporating ChewCubes into my daily regimen has been surprisingly enjoyable. The cubes provide just the right amount of resistance, and I can feel it with every bite. I got the 25lbs version and the resistance was very poor. It squeaks with every bite and doesn’t stay in place when chewed since the surfaces are flat/smooth. I really wanted to like these but tossed the package after the first use. Wouldn’t recommend.

I figured if I was chewing this for 90 minutes, I wouldn’t be snacking. Bonus is I feel my jaw getting a good workout after the first one. It takes a little getting used to, as it does not feel natural to be chewing a silicon cube, but I think that will get easier with time.

Man, I’ve been looking for a simple solution to fix my saggy jaw for so long…. This simple $13 product is beyond awesome. I’ve literally been doing it for about two months now and you can legitimately see the definition on the side of my jaw.A1!!!

You only get the resistance for about 5 minutes then they start to break down and chew like gum.I have yet to have one last longer than 20 minutes without completely coming apart so be prepared to chew multiple a day to get a good workout in. Overall they are a cool idea, but don't exactly work in practice how I hoped.
