A bit of a saga, the phone was fine, very nice actually, well built, fast, capable. It is a brick, very heavy, but that's exactly what it is supposed to be....but there was a problem with the screen protector being miss fitted. On contacting support I discovered the contact details were incorrect, linking to a completely different company who were getting sick of all the emails. Honest mistake probably, similar name.So I looked up the seller on the companies house website. It was a recently formed UK company, but with no UK directors. There were some initially but all had resigned. Several other companies at the same address. So, it is not really a UK company you are buying from, more a local distributor. That in itself is not an issue, but if something goes wrong, getting a repair is likely to be time consuming. Oddly, just after that company disappeared from Amazon.

I am very satisfied with the item and I recommend this to people who are looking for a phone that is durable and worth your money. Its easy to use and has good functions, the battery life is very long and the sound is very clear

This is bar far the best phone iv ever had. I was fed up with breaking my phone all the time so I bought one of these and never looked back. The battery is incredible and the thermal imaging has helped me fault find at work too! The picture quality on the camera is incredible too. 5*
