Love the printer so far! Tech support on WhatsApp was awesome and they go into detail on how to set up everything. I have practiced printing a couple images and they turned out great! Before this printer I had the Epson et-8550 converted to dtf printing and it was such a hassle with all the white ink clogs and something went wrong every time I had to print an image.

Great printer. This is my first and I am clueless. Customer service does chat through WhatsApp. Sometimes they r speedy, sometimes slow to respond back, But, always there. Took me through total setup. Later helped me learn to clean heads and check them. So if I could complain it would be on me not knowing crap. There customer service puts up with me which says ALOT. I'm loving this printer. Ive had it about a month. Just wishing I could find big bottles of there ink to purchase. I'm only finding smaller bottles.As of oct 18th. I have contacted them at least 3 times. Everytime through WhatsApp app. And Jeepers is the rep that helps me. He is the best. So far still good.

I can’t speak on this particular printer bc they upgraded mines to the Lancelot M1630 bc the one they sent me looked used and I returned it. The M1630 is okay but for some reason the ink messes up at the very end of the print and causes me to have to print again and wasting a lot of ink and paper. The customer service is phenomenal Levi and associates were there to help me setup every step of the way. I’m a new beginner and they made it very easy for me to setup and start printing. I love my print jobs whenever they do print without errors. Thank you support team for everything you guys are amazing

We received our printer it was delivered very prompt we were excited the first thing we did we opened it all up and the first thing I said please call for a complete directions on how to set your printer up and get it up and running we did that and they helped us every step of the way and stayed with us until we had the printer running and printing tech support and customer support is very professional and very knowledgeable un like other tech companies I rate this five stars for the simple reason the support was amazing I highly recommend this printer
