Very good resolution, APP quite clumbsy to use. Windows program totally useless.
Compared to other Hologram Fans this one wins hands down.The plus side: Very bright, vivid colors. Good resolution. Assembly quite easy and straight forward.The down side: The APP isn't the friendliest to work with, No DOCS not even a hint. Took a few attempts to get some pix to display. Most of what you need needs to be on the I cloud. I did find a way to display pictures locally but took a bit of fiddling to have success..All in all if you want to try your hand, I can give a good recommendation, something I very seldom do.Have at it and have fun..

Super cool, app however isnt very good
This 3d hologram projector is super cool, has awesome color. Come programmed with many images and easy to add your own images.The app acts up sometimes and freezes. Not very Samsung user friendly- worked better with iphone.

Why hasn't this technology taken off? It an amazing tool for business
I was genuinely worried about what this 3d holographic fan would do because people leave feedback that is that positive. As a small business owner in a brick and mortar shop this thing is AMAZING! Talk about eye-catching! This is such a better option for window advertising than the old school LED message boards, or honestly, even the Neon signage....although with a neon sign AND this holographic fan you are sure to have people notice you business. I think the price point is very fair and the the quality of the fan is good. The app seems to be an issue for some people but I didn't find it to be hard to figure out at all. It was easy to upload my videos and pics via my iPhone and it is easy to make a "play list" of images and or videos. I highly recommend this gadget to anyone wondering if it is worth it or not...I will be buying a second one for the other window!

The media could not be loaded. ย My videos looks really Bad But in real life is amazing!!!Waaaaay more incredible than i was expecting

Customer support extremely poor
set up was easy but then it started randomly turning on by itself, The Remote stopped working and the video library is inferior quality with glitches at the beginning and end of the videos. I contacted customer support and the only reply I received was to unplug it when not in use, so it doesnโt turn on by itself. I am returning it for a replacement and hopefully It donโt have the same problems.
