Umaro Applewood Smoke Plant-Based/Vegan Bacon

Genuinely one of the best plant-based bacons I’ve tried! The texture and flavor are the closest I’ve gotten to actual bacon — without any animal, of course.Price-wise, it’s reasonable! Especially compared to similar plant-based bacon. It’s also so easy and quick to pop in the air fryer.I agree the color is a bit dark, but who cares??

They are yummy and better than pork baconHealthier too. Pork was banned in my family for religious reasons. No pig was allowed.. I haven’t eaten pork bacon because it’s not healthy. This seaweed bacon is healthier. I question the ingredient carrageenan. It’s banned in some countries.

Really delicious. Surprisingly Real bacon texture and flavor.Amount that comes in pacific k is so small it's kindof like a tease. I think a little more per pack would make it fair and a reasonable purchase for the price.Otherwise though it tastes so yummy!

As faux bacon goes, this is very tasty and crispy. I subtracted a star because it’s very greasy (it’s needed to crisp up the strips) so I served with a paper towel to wipe the strips before eating. I will certainly order again.

The flavor of the bacon was ok. But it was very oily and salty. When I bit into it, it was like a burst of oil in my mouth and not edible for me.

The bacon flavor is there, but the texture is like taking a bite out of a slightly thinner styrofoam cup lmao. Taste good though, but a lot of sodium, would only repurchase if they start putting more strips, it’s not enough for $9

One word; FIRE!!! Works for breafast, BLT, Mushroom Burger...I'm in!

I had high hopes for this. The texture was good but it was so salty that we couldn’t eat it.
