I had pancreatis and after I quit drinking my RN wife started giving me one of these daily. Jarrow brand was recommended by multiple sources for being high quality. After five years of sobriety, my liver numbers are down to normal my pancreas is fine and these certainly didnt hurt.

Jarrow is an excellent brand. I take milk thistle in the morning daily with my coffee usually 1-2 capsules. It is good for the liver and helping boost Glutathione production.I also take Jarrow Alpha Lapoic Acid and B-1/Benfotiamine as well as other supplements. I have been taking Jarrow brand supplements since 1995
