Don't Listen To Others
I was very hesitant to buy this chair due to the reviews from others about size and difficulty to assemble. First, it's very comfortable. Second, it takes minutes of VERY EASY assembly. We lost our house and all our belongings to Hurricane Helene and had to temporarily relocate to our apartment in New Orleans. Given that it's an apartment that we only visit when we're in town to tend to our business, it is not furnished with the most functional furniture. Now that we will be here awhile, I decided to get a chair but didn't want to break the bank. Before we lost them, our furniture at home is from Restoration Hardware and/or custom. We know comfort and quality.I am 6' 180lbs and this chair has PLENTY of room. Do my feet hang over the foot rest when reclined? Yes, but I haven never sat in a chair where they don't. It's plenty wide and the arm rests are a perfect height for comfort. The USB/110v outlet in the armrest is great and affords me the ability to sit in the chair and charge my computer/phone. The cupholders easily hold my Yeti 30oz tumbler. The electronics are smooth, albeit slow, but for the price, this chair is a winner. Do not listen to others about it being too small or hard to put together. No tools are required.Only one tip: The power pack is actually located under the base and needs to be "freed" before assembly otherwise you'll be digging around in there trying to find it and pull it out.

Much more comfortable than I expected
Just recently got this recliner. I bought it because it was a more economical version of a $1200 recliner I had my eyes on for quite some time. I randomly came across this one and thought I'd give it a try since it was about half the price of the other chair. Well, received it sent by FedEx about 5 days after ordering it. It came in two boxes both delivered at the same time. The chair had a $25 off coupon which was not deducted when I purchased it, but when I received it, the seller gave me the $25+state tax refund. So five+ stars for quick attentive customer service. I watched a YouTube video on how to assemble it. Of course, it was a little more challenging than the guy in the video made it look. Also, it seemed kind of flemsy as we put the arms which slide into each side and then the back/headrest. Then you position the chair and attach the power module and plug wires and an extension cord to the cord with the two USB ports in the right armrest. So, once put together comes the comfort test. I am 6'1“ and just by looking at it, the chair appears only to suit someone with a much smaller frame but surprisingly, it's incredibly comfortable. The recline controls operate smoothly and extremely quiet. The headrest has no up/down control but in the complete almost lie flat position, it was very comfortable and my neck position was perfect. I didn't need extra neck support. So, in conclusion. I give 5 stars for customer service and delivery, four stars for comfort and feel and the home theater look. Three stars for durability. I do not recommend this chair for someone over 280 pounds. It's very light weight and is easy to move with two people or one person with sliders under the feet. It's a very affordable home theater chair, that has the right storage and comfort for a modern day home. I definitely recommend it for cost/quality/comfort/value in a recliner less than $600.

My dad loves the recliner and that’s all that matters.
The recliner is perfect for my dad. It isn’t too big and it isn’t too small for his height and build. It is very comfortable. We both love that the back rest doesn’t recline right away because sometimes we just want our feet elevated. The other features we love are the two cup holders on each arm rest and a storage area with an outlet in the right (if sitting down) arm rest. It was very easy to assemble the recliner. Most of all, the customer service I received from CANMOV was excellent. They were very courteous and professional. They were very accommodating even through the holidays.

recliners not for adults
These recliners are made very skimpy when leg rest or fully up your feet hangover the end . Not for adults taller than 5 feet. The headrest is very short. You need an extra pillow to put behind your head. When we tried to put the chairs together, one of the pieces was the wrong piece you couldn’t slide the right side of the chair down into the chair as it was the same size as the piece we were trying to . this chair comes in four pieces. my Husband had to use a pair of vice grips and physically bend the bracket to force the metal and squeeze it small enough so you could slide the right arm over the right side of the chair. “Trust me, tempers were flying” because the chair wasn’t put together correctly. We bought two of them. The chairs are very flimsy. They are not sturdy. My husband said he gives them six months. It’s just me and my husband, but the chairs lack true craftsmanship and durability in this product. It was pretty sad as I felt bad that I bought these for my husband for Father’s Day and they are a poorly made product. I feel ripped off. By the time we opened them up and lugged them in the house we were stuck with the poorly designed chairs, as nobody’s gonna show up and put them in the box for us and lug them back down to the store so we’re stuck with these crummy things trying to get them here was a nightmare showed out for delivery. Took the whole day off outside in my swing 90% of the day and after three calls discovered they weren’t coming. I finally had to demand supervisors with Amazon and with FedEx and have escalation tickets written on each chair to get them here , so two days later, they finally showed up the girl pulls up on a rainy day pushes them out the back of the truck and our garage. It was open and left didn’t ring the doorbell didn’t anything I was pretty upset. It was just a really horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to attempt being stuck with these chairs , if you’re buying them for but the flop that folds up to put your feet on is very very poorly made with a very thin wobbly bracket set up the chairs are very wobbly very poorly made . I would love to ask for my money back or at least half of it but we all know the world today that’s not gonna happen. Nobody’s gonna give us half our money back for what we got stuck with. I really feel bamboozled here..
