It's a amazing little pocket small computer! Works perfectly for my needs, but I think the fan voice is a little loud, I send messages to GEEKOM service team and they contact with me soon, also provided a solution for the fan voice and the solution works well, the fan is quiet now, I like it !Pre-installed and actived Windows 11, it's so simple to use the IT8 desktop. They make the mini pcs very well, come with good quality, the power supply is good (AC 100-240V), not the cheap wall charger. I checked that the SSD/DDR4 are all from kingston.So happy to buy this mini desktop, highly recommended!

This PC is very powerful. As I am a programmer, this PC meets my needs, but MOST IMPORTABT is its portability. I can go anywhere with this guy. Another big plus is the company that sells this, they have good CS and do warranty repairs. Gotta love it.

I purchased the Geekom XT13 Pro Mini PC 13th Gen Intel i7-13620H and received it the next day. I was very impressed with the packaging. It was very simple to set up and transfer all of my data from my previous computer. And I am very pleased with its performance so far. However, when I was using Task Manager, I noticed that my graphics card was listed as an Intel UHD Graphics Coprocessor, but the Technical Description of the PC when I bought it said that the graphics card was Intel Iris Xe Graphics Coprocessor. When I contacted Customer Service asking about this, they said that the description was incorrect and that in other places in the documentation it said that it was the Intel UHD. I also noticed that the price had been dropped by $170 as a Black Friday Deal. So, I mentioned that I might return this one and buy it at the sale price. Then they asked if I would accept a refund of the difference in what I paid and the new sale price, which I gladly agreed to. At this time my refund has been processed and should show up on my credit card within a couple of days. I was very pleased that they took the initiative to offer the refund on their own. They also said that they would get the description changed to the correct graphics card. I would recommend Geekom to others as having very good customer service and a very good product.

I will not buy this brand again. It was plugged into a surge protector, and nothing else plugged into that same surge protector was damaged. I will now have to buy another but it won’t be Geekom.

Stopped working after 9 months, should have listened to the reviews - out $700. Follow up, Geekom reached out, after this initial review, and offered a replacement or full refund. We had already purchased a new computer so we got the full refund. I have to give them 5 stars because of thier service, They were very easy to work with.

The Represantive from Geekom got a hold me and they promised a new mini 11.They wanted me to try some remedies to see if that would take care of the issue, tried but failed. They offered me a new mini 11. So a new one got mailed to me and this one works so far the way the first one should have.I had some suggestions down the road to help solve a problem like this, and responded well, they have kept up with me throughout this process. I will be mailing the older unit back soon,But the new one is working the way it should. 4 stars for the way it should have been the first time, 5 stars for their costumer servicethe Power button turns on about 1/3 of time, it usually takes three to four times to try to turn on, it acts like its in deep sleep all the time, go to turn it on, I have to unplug it, reboot it, , its been getting harder to turn onIts a great computer, when you can use it

Very pleased with the speed and performance. I purchased this GEEKOM IT8 for use as a mini server for the family room after having evaluated a handful of Mini PCs from different manufacturers.Its purpose was to have a relatively inexpensive computer for TV video conferencing, web browsing, and some rudimentary work from the couch. The COVID-19 pandemic crippled the World, and our family was forced to work and study from home. The Mini PC became very valuable to stay in touch with friends, family, teachers, and occasionally, coworkers. It soon became clear that although this mini sized portable desktop had served my original goals exactly as intended, it's a very good choice!I think this mini computer is fully capable of fulfilling any need you have for any desktop, laptop！

I do IT support for various companies. I have only used a handful of mini-pcs in the past and they were usually industry specific and very expensive. Since my home computer was aging (13 years) I finally broke down to make the purchase.My wife did not like all the cables, sound and the amount of space the old one took up.I did a lot of research into a mini-pc, just like I do for clients, and came across this one from GEEKOM. I like to get as much bang for the buck and I don't think this is any exception when I say this meets that hands down.My wife isn't a gamer and I have my own system for gaming.I use this for supporting my customers and she uses it to work from home.I also use it to run my Plex server. It has no issue serving up the content to my family while the local interface remains snappy.It even has no problem running my Samsung 49" G9 monitor.
