These last twice as long as the Mikita's did when they were new.
They have worked great for me for two months now in my Mikita drills and my Mikita string trimmer. They last at least twice as long and the bonus charge status is a plus. (My drill/driver set is 10 years old and I got my use out of the originals for sure)

Unit Works Good
The unit itself works good. However the batteries are not as good as genuine Makita batteries. These batteries last about half the time the real ones last.

Good deal!
It's a great deal. They batteries alone are worth the cost. Runs the TV when the power goes out.

Bad ass
Crazy good value, had a couple outlets fail in my bedroom and have been using this to charge my phone. I get about 3 nights before I have to charge either of the batteries and they do charge on a regular makita charger without burning down so far lol

No good, right out of the box. Wont charge.
Wont charge, wont power any tools. They sent a replacement, same thing. It seems as though there is a completely opened circuit internally as the power indicator doesnt even light up.

Tested at 1.6Ah - barely acceptable
I had my two original Makita BL1815 with 1.5Ah capacity since 2012, and after 13 years, their capacity is almost zero. I measured them at 1Wh and 4WH, out of original 24Wh. Youch! I like the small-sized battery in my drill and driver, and they are light, and easily last all day for light/moderate work. But 2xfactory batteries is $130, so I decided to try a pair of aftermarket for $40.Aftermarket batteries are 3.0Ah in the same size as the older 1.5Ah. There are 5 cells in series, so each one needs to be high-drain 30-amp, but also have 3Ah capacity, which is normally impossible, and they usually are 1.5 to 2.5Ah in capacity.A normal battery has 10 cells, which has much more 'grunt' than these with only 5 cells. So how does it perform?I charged the VPMent battery and did a full discharge into a Makita vacuum at around 4 amps until it got down to 12 volts. I measured both batteries twice, and I found: a) 31 and 30 Wh, and b) 30 and 29 Wh, compared with claimed 54 Wh capacity. The actual capacity is about 55% of the stated capacity, which I would call "barely acceptable". I've measured new batteries that were 15% of their claimed capacity, so these are better than some, but the capacity should be at least 80%, and 90% would be ideal.

BUY THESE IS LIKE GETTING A BRAND NEW TOOL!
I am extremely pleased with how great these knock off batteries work. Obviously Makita is charging WAY TOO MUCH for theirs. We will see how long the new batteries last but right off the bat they make my drill work like it was brand new. Thanks for the GREAT deal!

Works...
This item works, the build quality is not great. But what do you expect from a knockoff brand?
