Easy to use and seems to help my sensitivity to hot and cold
I forgot to take my Sensodyne on a vacation so when I got home after using basic toothpaste, I was experiencing more pain with hot and cold. This couple with Sensodyne has significantly reduced my temperature sensitivity.

Works, but is STRONG
My sensitivity is getting better, but it's so hard for me to use because it is sooooo strong. It says zero alcohol, but man oh man does it feel like it does. The mint flavor is so strong it burns my cheeks and gums. I really wish it wasn't uncomfortable to use, a mild flavor would be so much better

Too strong, burns my mouth. I don't know if it helps for sensitivity.
I bought this because after getting a deep cavity filled, I started experiencing extreme cold sensitivity (to the point where even breathing in air over the tooth cause the irritated nerve to start aching again). I couldn't use the mouthwash right away because I couldn't even stand room temperature liquids, but after using sensitive toothpaste for a week or two I decided to try it. I thought that I could maybe hold the mouthwash on the other side of my mouth until it warmed up a little.However, it was very strong and it felt like my mouth was burning, so I couldn't keep it in my mouth long enough to warm it up. I should note that I have a very sensitive mouth though, and almost every mouthwash feels like it's burning. So my results probably are not typical. Still, for a mouthwash specifically marketed for sensitivity, you'd think it would be more mild and less burny.If you can handle regular mouthwash, this one will be fine. I'm not crazy about the taste, but that alone wouldn't be enough to keep me from using it.I can't comment on whether or not it helps with sensitivity because I wasn't able to use it properly.

Tried and it works.
Bought the trial size to see if it would work for me before I invested in a larger bottle. Well I'm happy to report it helped tremendously with tooth sensitivity. I used religiously 1 week before my dental cleaning to see if it would help. I always struggle with some teeth being super sensitive to thw cleaning but after using I'm happy to report that the cleaning happened without the pain....it works and now I use this every day.
