Great gate for the typical small doorways. Like that it comes with the trip insert for the bottom.

I like that it's functional. important: the swing through door is not spacious. if your heavier set it'll be a little tough to get through. my husband has to squeeze to go through.door swings perfectly in and out the opposite way. it wasn't too hard to install. another plus, no drilling into the door frame ( we rent so that would be frowned upon by our landlords )my husband did trip going through this gate but it takes remembering that to walk through you step up. a small click when latched properly is all the noise from this security gate.

We should have returned this gate shortly after we installed it when the bottom latch got stuck inside and wouldn't come out. We managed to get it to come out and it worked intermittently after that. The next thing to go wrong, after a week or so, was the bottom metal peg that holds the gate to the bottom rail pops out when you lift the gate up (the only way to open the gate) allowing the door to swing freely along the bottom. You can put it back in, but it is annoying and is clearly a design flaw. The next thing to go wrong, after about 3 months of use, was the bars came loose from the handle where you pull the gate up. Now, if my dog (40lb puppy) really wanted to, he could probably push the bottom bars down and escape. The gate is now almost useless and needs to be replaced. Do not buy this gate. We are looking for another more sturdy replacement.

Would recommend for cats. Nice and high and small space between bars

Quality was decent however it arrived with a broken part that I didn't find until most of the install had been done. Third party seller did not ship the replacement so Amazon had to step in to help. Had to purchase a different item.

totally love this gate.... only issue is that the door is heavy.....and takes a bit to lift to open... but happy you and just click shut....otherwise so easy to install....recommend it for sure...

This fence worked out perfect as one of my dogs can clear a normal height gate but doesn’t even try with this height
