The best thing to decorate with!
I hate fondant but I was making a cake that needed a picture cut out in something so when I came across these I decided to try them. I bought 2 just incase one was broken or I found it hard to cut out. They were both perfect and it is so easy to cut anything out in these sugar sheets! I was cutting out a dragon and had lots of little cuts to make and this was so easy to work with. I used the tip of a knife and very easily cut out the dragon. It looked great! It was such a hit at the party and every was super impressed. It looks just like fondant but doesn't taste nasty like fondant does. I will be using these in the future in all my cake making! So happy I found these!

I don't plan to buy any of these again.
I have read mixed reviews on these sugar sheets and thought I would try it out myself. I read numerous complaints about the colors bleeding, so before using it I tested it to see if the colors would run and if so under what conditions. I put a bit of piping gel on the back of a scrap and it did not affect it during the test. I tried a damp paper towel on the back side and it did not make the colors run. However, when I put any type of liquid on the front it made the color come right off and run. I have also read about them being brittle and breaking easily. I found them to be very pliable out of the package, but after becoming dry they would crack. If you refrigerate the cake after the sheet is on it then the cold makes it very brittle and it cracks and snaps with any touch. I used a trimmed piece over a crusted buttercream frosting around the side of a round cake. I used a small amount of piping gel to secure it. Or attempt to secure it. This does not work well. The paper bubbles and sags when the cake is warm and gets any kind of condensation. And as I said earlier, the refrigeration of the cake made it very brittle and pieces broke. There are problems any way you use it. It looked terrible. I also tried tasting it out of the package and 4 children did as well. Everyone disliked it and thought it tasted like eating a piece of paper. This product is unappealing, difficult to work with, and I will not waste money on it again.

Perfect for lettering on a cake
Used these with a Cricut to put "Happy 40th Birthday" on a cake and it looked AWESOME! Took a couple of tries to get the settings right on the Cricut but once cut, the letters were easy to peel out. I put them on the cake (cream cheese frosting) and they sort of "melted" into the icing - basically they became flat with the icing, but they didn't bleed the color into it. I tasted one and they weren't great, but if using for small decorations I don't think it would be an issue. The texture was a little weird and they were just slightly sweet but that was definitely overlooked with how great it turned out!

Should've gone to Michael's
I've used these sheets before and never had a problem. This time, I tried to save myself the trip during busy holiday season so I ordered them online and didn't open the package until a week or so later when I was making the cake. They were so dry and stale, they crumbled every time I touched them, making it nearly impossible to cut. Had to change my design on the fly because it was 1am when I was decorating cake and had no choice. The Exp date on package was Oct 2024 so they weren't old, probably just not kept in proper temperature and were garbage by the time they got to me. Not something I'll ever order online again. Lesson learned.

Good concept but hard to use
This was very thin and pretty difficult to cut - particularly smaller items. I was cutting letters for a cake and the sheet was so fragile there were many letters I cut out numerous times. Wilton makes punch out letters on a sugar sheet that I've used before and those are great but I have only been able to find that in black and wanted the softer color. I think this may work better with bigger items to cut out but it is still very fragile.

Can be used on cream cheese frosting
I used this on cream cheese frosting and it worked well. It does not bend well, so don’t expect it to be completely smooth on curves. I cut out small pieces with a food safe x-acto knife. I did not try cutting with scissors. It will bleed when you apply the water to the back to stick it to the frosting, so don’t move it around - stick and move on.

Worked pretty good. It's literally a sheet of edible paper
Worked pretty good. It's literally a sheet of edible paper. I thought it would be moldable but that wasn't the case (which was my fault for not reading the description) it showed up bent and broke on one corner but it still worked.

Loser product.
Tried to use this for my child’s birthday. It came broken in multiple places (two corners several inches in and one in the middle) and was much stiffer than I expected. Not workable or malleable at all. I don’t know how you’re supposed to be able to cut it as is stated in the description.“Eligible for replacement or returns” but there is no way I’ve seen to get help with the product.
