Q: is this extension compatible with suptek MC4602 ceiling tv mount?

I purchased this extension to be used with the WALI TV CEILING MOUNT, Model # CM2665.

Q: Can multiple of these extensions be used in series?

I see no reason why not. I only use one and have been considering getting a second one to lower tv a bit more.

Q: Can i use 5 extensions to reach 84 inches ?

Yes, please note that the extension pole is only compatible with WALI TV Ceiling Mount models which includes CM2665,CM2665XL,CM2343,CM2665-P,CM3770.
