I have used kre-alkalyn for years by other companies, and found these to be the cheapest I have found, so I thought I'd try them out. They made me vomit several times. This has NEVER happened to me before, and I've taken higher dosages and taken on and off for about 4 years with my boxing and weight training. These are the ONLY kre-alkalyn that have made me vomit. I wasn't sure it was them that was causing it at first, but after it happening on several different occasions I was able to identify it was definitely the consumption of these tablets that were causing it, just sudden floods of saliva in the mouth and a few bursts of projectile vomiting. Not pretty. Subsequently I threw 2 tubs in the bin. I'd strongly advise avoiding these and trying a more reputable company to buy Kre-Alkalyn.

Bought it couple month ago and I could say that it's bit strange - so small caps and have so much creatine inside . Overall could say that this is first Creatine which cause sickness . I have never before vomit from Creatine apart from this one . Didn't knew before , I thought it just because of my diet , but now I see it's this caps fault . Will not use it again , just gonna finish this couple caps which left for me .I was trying to find out how long I can take it without break and all I found just some details on case in POLISH language . So how I should know how long ???

You get what you pay for.After a couple of days with stomach pain and vomiting through a process of elimination and by trying the tablets without any of the other supplements in my stack I found these to be the cause, take them and be prepared to throw up, upper abdominal pain and throwing up.Not enough to ruin your day but literally just throwing them up within minutes of taking them and the. Cramp type pains in upper abdomen all day.
