The o/p voltage is 11.8v to 12v depending on load connected. Unit comes with 4 cables 1 usb connection and a selection of plugs which connect to the supplied cables. Only tested on BT router for 30 minutes without input power to test router did not switch off. Note BT router requires a different plug which is not supplied with this unit.The 4 o/ps are on continuously and don’t appear to be individually switched off. Overall the ups does as described and the status of the internal battery is displayed with the blue led lights with flash when charging.

I would but another one if it were not out of stock currently, but so far this thing has been amazing. I got it and connected my Asus wifi router and my Virgin Media Home Hub 3 to it with no issues. The mini UPs comes with USB 5v2a port, a 5v barrel, a 9v barrel, and 2x 12v barrel ports all 2 amps. The Asus router took up a 12v barrel, the Virgin Media Home Hub 3 says on it’s power adapter that is required 12v 2.5a to power, but the other 12v provided enough current to power it up no problem. With the UPS fully charged before plugging the devices in, it last over 10 hours so that is more than adequate for my emergency needs. I have two USB devices connected to it now to power some internal devices, one using the existing USB port and the other from the 5v barrel port as the UPS comes with a barrel to USB adapter. No other product provides that adapter, and it works very well. I love this device and wish I bought it sooner

This arrived today and seems to be a good product with one great exception: the included power supply.The output connections (3x12v@2A=72W, 1x9V@2A=18W, and 1x5V@2A=10W). Total possible output is 100W.Whilst these outputs might be available under power failure, the included power supply needs to provide at least this amounts of power during normal mains power supply, and it doesn't - plus some overhead to charge the battery. To supply these outputs during mains power, the unit needs a power supply of about 120W, so 10A at 12V.

Very strong performance, ran my Deco XE75 for over 7 hours and still showing 2 out of 5 bars. Also ran a Plusnet Hub 2 and a VOIP box for 4.5 hrs. Neat little unit which has not got at all warm in use, so far, and comes with more than expected - psu, 3 short cables and a range of barrel adapters in various sizes were included. The one negative is that the ad says it has a high input power of 114W which is misleading - the included psu is 25.2w, I don't know of this means you can put a 114 w psu on it, perhaps the vendor can confirm? I've bought a second one on the strength of its performance so far as I don't need a lot of power for my applications.

The unit I received was one returned by a previous buyer evidenced by the fact they wrote their purchase date on the manual and made various notes in the manual as well as mark's on the back of the case. So not particularly happy, but have put it on charge to check it out.24/2/2025 - uprated to 5 starsI was contacted by the seller who apologised fro the Amazon fulfillment centre sending out a used unit and arranged for a new unit to be sent out immediately. The new unit has now been up and running for a few days and is working without problems.It is good to see such quick and efficient customer service. Accordingly I uprated my review and would recommend both the product and the supplier.

The UPS was easy to install, but on start up the power supply disrupted the broadband. Not suitable for its advertised purpose.

I use this to power my router and mesh system, and it works perfectly as it should when the power is cut. I tried it for a couple of hours without the mains supply on and my internet access continued fine. The mini ups just lost one bar, so should be ok for longer power cuts.
