Built quality is upto the mark , material of plastic is also durable & strong, you can do various exercises in single platform from plank to push up, streching etc . must buy product, as compared to features price is also economical.

Flimsy Built Quality
I did not find the time to use it immediately after purchasing it. Now that I set it up for use once, it broke almost immediately. The suction mechanism meant to hold the board on the floor while doing crunches broke thereby rendering the whole contraption useless. I seriously regret purchasing this.
