I ate one to taste the flavor, since my kids said that it was awful... the taste is some kind of strong, just like the regular B Vitamin complex.A mor "kid-full" flavor would be nice.

Pleasantly surprised. I am a 47-year-old female who has always purchased a children's form of a supplement since I have found it is a lot easier on my stomach. This was purchased for the B-complex to gain energy. I found the ashwagandha root promotes a calming effect over an energizing one. Nonetheless, a very good product for reducing stress.
