Air conditioner with many features
Easy to install. I connected to the LG app, which then automatically connected to Alexa. I can use voice commands to turn it on and off as well as adjust the temperature. It is reasonably quiet and cools very well . I am happy I purchased it.

Very loud racket when compressor kicks in making sleep impossible.
This LG air conditioner was for a small bedroom. When the compressor turned on, it made a horrible racket, making sleep impossible. I would rate no stars, and we returned it.

Very Noisy - Disappointed in LG
All my appliances and televisions are LG products, and this is the first one I've come across that is just poor quality. The unit cools just fine, but it rattles horribly, especially when the condenser initially kicks on. Wouldn't care as much if it weren't in my bedroom.

Noisy but works
Had it for a few weeks now and it works fine for an upstairs room, but it is noisy.
